Returns

For sanitary reasons, all products offered for sale on this website are not returnable unless defective on arrival. Please be advised, that all battery operated items are tested at our facility before shipping to insure that the product works when it is shipped.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship at time of delivery. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

Most products are covered under a manufacturer warranty which you can obtain by contacting the manufacturer.
