DVD Returns
Unopened DVD's may be exchanged for another title of the same value. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges relating to the exchange of a new, unopened DVD. Opened DVD's will be exchanged only if defective, and will replaced with another copy of the same title.
For return purposes, a defective DVD is one that: Is unviewable, will not load, has no sound, or has an unintelligible voice track, providing that such defects affect more than one minute of the total play time.
While digital video is largely error free, occasional pixelization or temporary freezing of a screen is considered normal, and will not be grounds for return unless it falls under the above definition.
Before contacting us regarding a defective DVD, please consider the following:
- DVD's are intended for play on a dedicated home DVD playback unit. Customer accepts all risks for problems that may arise when attempting to playback a DVD on a game console, computer, or other alternative playback device.
- DVD's exhibiting evidence of abuse will not be accepted for exchange. Excessive fingerprints, pet hair, and cracks, uncharacteristic scuffs or heavy scratches make it impossible to determine whether a DVD is defective due to a manufacturing defect, or due to improper handling. Please be sure to handle your DVD's with care, touching them only on the edges, and storing them in the provided case or a storage device recommended by the manufacturer.
- If your DVD player is experiencing difficulties in reading a disc, please use an approved device to clean your player BEFORE contacting us for an exchange.
Fulfillment Errors
Because we cannot accept returns of products once they have been opened, please check the packaging and label carefully to be sure you received the correct product and version, before opening each product.
Items that have been opened cannot be returned, unless they are defective.
Defective Items
All battery operated items have been tested prior to shipment, in order to ensure proper operation. If, however, your product is not functioning properly upon receipt, please call our Customer Support Department at 1-800-376-7529 immediately. Claims on defective merchandise must be made within 3 business days.
Defective products will be replaced with an even exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability. Due to health concerns, toys can not be accepted for return if they have been used. If any item is returned and our inspectors deem that it has been used it will be destroyed - no credit or other compensation will be issued. We stress that you should inspect any item thoroughly before using it.
Items damaged by misuse, abuse, neglect, and/or tampering will not be exchanged nor returned to the customer, and all applicable warranties will be voided.
Most manufacturers offer an extended 30-90 day warranty on their products. Please refer to your products packaging, and/or operating instructions for information as to whether your product is covered, and how to file a warranty claim, if necessary.
Replacement items ship the same day the defective item is received and inspected by our Returns Department. All products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued by us within 10 days of your original invoice date. After 10 days from purchase we can no longer issue an RA. Return Authorization numbers expire 15 days after they are issued and cannot be extended or re-issued. All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging. A valid RA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused.
Returning Non-Defective Items
We do not accept product returns for non-defective items.
Excluded Items
Due to health regulations, safety concerns, and the risk of tampering, the following items CANNOT be returned under ANY circumstances: Erection rings, penis pumps, love dolls, massage oils, lotions, lubricants, any edible products, body cleansers, digital scales, tobacco grinders, and condoms. Upon purchase, these items IMMEDIATELY fall under the manufacturers' warranty, where applicable. Shipping your Return
In order to avoid unauthorized returns, complete return shipping information will be provided after issuance of your RA number.

Terms
You MUST BE 18 years of age to order from this website. By ordering, you agree that you are 18 years of age or older AND that the product(s) you are ordering are legal in your community. You also agree that you will not use any of these products in an illegal manner.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, Condoms Galore Online shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. Condoms Galore Online retains the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. In the event your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your account.
Discreet Shipping
Your package will be shipped in a plain box or padded mailer, bearing the nondescript address of our shipping department.
Order Fulfillment
When you order from Condoms Galore you are ordering from northeast Pennsylvania's most respected adult retailer. With 17 years in business, and the reputation of our brick & mortar stores on the line, you can rest assured that you will receive the finest, fastest service possible. At Condoms Galore Online, WE stock the merchandise, WE ship the merchandise - no fulfillment centers, third parties, etc.
Order Processing
Orders will be processed in the order they are received and generally ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends & holidays). Whenever possible, orders received Monday-Friday (excluding legal holidays) by 3:30 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day. Large orders and those requiring stock to be transferred from an alternate warehouse may require an additional 24 hours for processing. Expedited orders (i.e. 2nd Day Air) are prioritized for rapid processing.
Expedited delivery guarantees are made by the applicable carrier, and represent the time it will take to receive your merchandise after it leaves our shipping facility.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to various state and/or local laws we may not be able to ship certain products to the following states: Kentucky, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Utah, Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
We are also unable to ship to zip codes beginning with any of the following three digits:
223, 282, 323, 325, 366, 452, 557, 558, 591, 681, 685
In the event that, due to a legal restriction, your order cannot be shipped in it's entirety, we will edit the order to remove the offending product(s), issue the appropriate payment credit, and ship any remaining products. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and encourage you to contact your local elected officials to request more information and voice your concerns.
Tracking your package
Upon fulfillment of your order, a tracking number will be provided. This number can be used at the UPS website to monitor the shipping status of your package. Tracking is currently not available for international orders.
International Orders
Please note, international video customers must have equipment that is NTSC compatible. Returns cannot be accepted based on incompatibilities.
